This page explains what personal data erpigaming.com collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you stay in control. We collect as little as we can: nothing that sets a cookie for analytics or advertising runs until you say yes.
erpigaming.com is run by Artio AB (org. no. 559214-2912), Drottninggatan 33, 111 51 Stockholm, Sweden. Artio AB is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: [email protected].
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, work email and company, and sometimes your role or system setup. With it we receive the page you sent it from, and the form service records your IP address to stop spam. We use this to answer your enquiry and follow up on it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
Analytics, only if you accept. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you view, roughly where you are (country and city), your device and browser, and how you reached us, including campaign tags on ad links. It helps us see which content is useful. With the same consent, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays, so we can see where a page or the form is confusing. Clarity masks what you type into forms, so your details are never recorded. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
Advertising measurement, only if you accept. With your consent, we measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. If you arrived from one of our ads in ChatGPT, OpenAI's measurement pixel records that visit and whether you sent the form. The LinkedIn Insight Tag does the same for LinkedIn ads, and LinkedIn may use it to show our ads again to visitors of this site. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
Running the website. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font requests go to third parties.
You choose on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

We never sell personal data. We use these providers to run the site and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (delivers the contact form to our inbox), Microsoft (our email, and Clarity for usage analytics), Google (Analytics), OpenAI (ChatGPT ad measurement) and LinkedIn (ad measurement). Google, Microsoft Clarity, OpenAI and LinkedIn only receive website data if you accepted the relevant cookies. Some of these companies are based in the United States; where data leaves the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case our client agreements apply. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings, without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
